The Manuli QCA coupling range has been designed with a simple connection and disconnection by pulling back the sleeve. The coupling range is used throughout the agricultural industry. A connection of the male into the female is made by the latching ball system and disconnection through the Shut-off poppet valve.
The couplings are made in steel with some hardened areas, in correspondence to the most stressed points.
